The unit has 3 levels - 2 bedrooms plus loft (sleeps 6 to 8), 2 full bathrooms, huge shower/steam room, hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and balcony. The huge downstairs master bedroom/ hot tub level can be locked off as a separate unit, if you have guests or want to rent it out while using the top 2 levels. Master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a double pullout sofa bed. The loft has 2 twin beds and there is a double pullout sofa bed in the living room. The entire unit was recently redecorated and refurnished. It is a corner unit, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. There is, also, an elevator and a downstairs storage room for your bikes, skis or snowboards. Week 22 is a RED float week and can be booked for a week during May 22 to Jun 19 or September 4 to October 16 in Whistler or deposited into the RCI Spacebank. As an owner you also have the option to stay in Whistler anytime of the year for 2 nights using bonus time for $75 per night (subject to availability). We have exchanged our unit for similar sized units in Mexico, Spain, Portugal, Canary Islands, Oregon and Hawaii. We also exchanged a week towards a Panama Canal cruise. Annual maintenace fee is CAD$ 748. The fee for 2008 has been paid. This property is deed and title.
