It is our goal that the right puppy and the right placement of each puppy is made by bringing the various requirements of both the puppy and his/her new owner(s) into perspective, BEFORE a choice is made. We know you will agree that the puppy's welfare is our foremost consideration in placement; therefore our Questionnaire includes questions about you as well as about your "perfect" puppy.
All Questionnaires will be kept confidential.
