Welcome!
Woodcliff United Church is a place where you belong. Where everyone belongs. Woodcliff strives to be a loving church; we strive to learn from Jesus’ compassion and to genuinely care for one another, to show that we can learn from each other’s stories. All have different experiences and pathways to God. By sharing our stories, by putting aside our “hang-ups’, we’re drawn closer to each other and to God. Woodcliff is alive with the sounds of families, young and old. Our choir thrills and inspires, we have music to suit everyone, thriving Sunday School and Youth programs, wide-ranging opportunities for Christian service. Every Sunday we have a unique service at 10 am, a mix of contemporary and traditional worship. Tracy and the children delight us with their participation in the service. Rev. Bob Mutlow leads us in worship and prayer. Bob inspires us with Jesus’ message and expands our Christian understanding through scripture, metaphor, wit and wisdom. Use this website as a portal to who we are, to what we explore, to what we hold sacred. It’s another way of helping you to feel at home, helping you feel that you will always belong here. If you’re an established member of the congregation it will keep you fully informed, let you ask questions and express convictions. If you’re a volunteer it will advance and recognize your service. And if you’re a newcomer looking for a place where you can worship God and not be judged — where you can make friends among others who are seeking meaning and purpose to the mystery of life — we hope that you will come and give us a try. This is a place where God needs you as much as you need God. We promise that, whatever your passion or journey, there’s a place for you at Woodcliff United Church.
