My dearest sister, I do hope you are faring well in your new lodgings in town. Mr. Hurst and I shall be joining you there soon, after he finishes his business here in Hertfordshire. Just now he is asleep upon the sofa behind me, snoring most hideously as usual. But I do not really mind his ill manners, for indeed he has connexions and fortune, and that is all I truly care about, besides accomplishment, of course. I am so very glad that you and I are accomplished. I do not know quite what we should do if we were so empty-headed as that Miss Maria Lucas. Ever since we have been in Hertfordshire, Maria has not ceased to amaze me with her complete and utter empty-headedness and all-round unaccomplishment. Soon enough we shall leave this county for good, however, much to my delight. We neither of us shall have any reason then to come here again, for our brother is wisely moving away from such ill-mannered country folk as the Lucases and Bennets and to much better, more accomplished company in the north. I think it quite horrid, however, that he and Mr. Darcy have condescended to marry inhabitants of this most countrified county. If only they had used their good sense! I know they possess it (at least, I am certain Mr. Darcy did, or used to, but I am not so sure of our brother. I am sorry to say it, but at times I think him the greatest of simpletons). Ah well, I must now depart, my dear. The Lucases are here for dinner and Sir William constantly distracts me with his frequent shouts of, "Capital, Capital!" What an insufferable man he is! So empty-headed, but his daughter is even worse. I must leave this company before I lose my accomplishments and my sanity. There is no picture of any handsome officers! I do wish that there would be a ball soon! I enjoyed the party at Lucas Lodge excessively, but I long for a ball and so does Denny!

Its my heaven - I loved everything about it!
I must also say that I laughed my head off at every ' You know you've watched too much P&P when ... '
and it was even more amusing when I realised that I had done all those things !!
I watch it so many times but with each new viewing I learn something new - I have just read the book and so Im off to watch it yet again!
PS isnt Colin Firths' Darcy gorgeous!!!!! Im excessively diverted!!!
PPS I cant wait for you to complete the rest of your pages and would love an update when you have!

I have just returned home from dinner at Rosings Park. Mr. Collins was as insensible as ever and continued to extol "her majesty" throughout the meal.

"Allow me to compliment you on the delicious mashed potatoes Lady Catherine, they are certainly the best I have ever eaten, your cook must be one of the greatest in England."

" Of course, for I trained her myself."

Of all the ridiculous Jane, I believe he is the worst.
