This is the best P&P site I have been to yet. I love the movie so much. My friends and I watch it as much as we can, and we are always quoting and referring to it. It is such a good movie!!!

This is a very excellent website! Last year in English 12 we did the novel study Pride and Prejudice, and this year I am taking English Literature 12 and we are doing it again! I really enjoy this movie. It is interesting, entertaining, educational, and very well done! Thank you for providing an equally pleasing web site to accompany it!

This website is a favorite escape for me. I also think Yvonne did a wonderful job on it! I often send people here to see what a really good website looks like. I am always excessively diverted!

love all of jane austin writings. P&P got me started. Even motivated me into writing its continuation which is enjoyed by many.

I just don't know what to do! One of my first thoughts in the morning is to find out how to watch P.&P. part without being seen. It seems I could only say-"What can be done? I know very well that nothing could be done. How is such an adaptation to be worked on...". And, this is a great site...

My husband and I are addicted to P & P. We made a 'pilgrimage' to the UK last year and had the good fortune to visit The Hon Ms Angela Horne the owner of Longbourne (Luckington Court) who allowed us to view both the interior and exterior of her property. We also visited Meryton (Laycock Village). Ms Horne is in her nineties, a most remarkable woman who joked that she had Darcy (Colin Firth) all to herself for six months. We understand she used to have meals with the crew each day. They adapted her home to suit their production, but she decided to keep "the most expensive" wallpaper they had hung in the dining room. The money she received for her co-operation paid for the upkeep of her roof!

I have already signed this, but I got bored, so I decided to do again. Sorry, this is not boring or anything, I just have nothing else to do. As I said before: You got a SUBERB AND MARVELOUS webpage here!! See ya! You know who-your wierd sis.

I have read the novel innumerable times, and I suppose one suffers from preconcieved notions of what the ideal depiction of P&P should be like. To be honest (*blush*), I was disappointed at first, with all the things that didn't end up in the movie...and I didn't especially like this Darcy(!) But all is so gorgeous in Derbyshire and Hartford- shire that I had to watch again and again. I got "used" to this depiction...and absolutely adore it!! Only the book can surpass it. Much joy to Mr. & Mrs. Bingley/Darcy. My best, K.

This was a pleasant trip to P&P-land. I've recently moved and I forgot my P&P videotapes, don't ask me how, but I will soon get them. And then my friend Anna and I will have a P&P marathon. In the meantime I visit this page. Thankyou for a marvellous experience.
