In the beginning, there was Mollie, who was the great, great, great, great
grandmother of the puppies expected in the spring of 2011. In between them there
are Loma, Maggie, Pumpkin, Emma,BoDiddley and their daughters.
After 28 years of ushering my Airedale puppies into the world, and seeing many,
many of them on a regular, ongoing basis, I know precisely what this year's litter
will be like.
Energetic, but not hyperactive. A good, authoritative bark, but never yappy.
Highly intelligent. Always good humored, blessed with a real sense of humor.
Rambunctious at first meeting but soon settle. Very people-oriented, (they want to
be with you, doing whatever you're doing). They're strong and strong-willed.
Basic obedience training is a must. They're not for couch potatoes. Rated 10 on
the activity requirement scale, they require many long walks and free runs. Most
of mine go to homes with families. They
can be tolerated by most people with
allergies.
When the pups are ready to go, a veterinarian will have examined them and
pronounced them in good health. They'll have their first shots and a
precautionary worming.
