ANiC releases
The Rev. Chin with 8 other ANiC clergy have responded to Ingham's
"Notice of Presumption of Abandonment of Ministry" and have issued a
joint statement through ANiC.

All are encouraged to attend the ANiC conference. Qualifying members of
the congregation can apply for a $40 subsidy. In particular, please
plan to attend the closing celebration and commissioning service on
Saturday. Please register at the church foyer if you would like to
volunteer or require transportation. Details can be found at
the event's webpage.

Canon 19 of the Anglican Church of Canada
The bishop of the Diocese of New Westminster has issued a "notice of
presumption of abandonment of the exercise of ministry" to The Rev.
Simon Chin, and requested a reply within 60 days to indicate whether he
has abandoned the Anglican Church of Canada, and his practice of the
ordained ministry of word and sacraments.
We are still analysing if there are any ramications caused by this notice
to The Rev. Chin and our church. Any news will be presented immediately.

To remember Jesus Christ's death and resurrection, and his triumph over
sin and death, there will be a series of services in the Holy Week.

Vestry Motion Results
The Vestry has voted to request an emergency episcopal oversight from
Bishop Harvey of the Province of Southern Cone.
The motion was carried with 133 votes in favour, 1 against, and 7
abstained.

Baptisms
We are planning to hold baptisms on Sunday, May 11. We invite anyone
interested to fill in a form available at church. The deadline is March
2. Baptismal classes for adults will begin in mid March. There will also
be an interview for the parents wishing to have their children baptised.
