Objectives of our Guild:
- To keep alive among our members the spirit of the
Scout Promise and Law.
- To carry that spirit into the community in which we
live and work.
- While remembering our other responsibilities, to
actively support Scouting and
Guiding in our communities.
- To ensure that every member has a place in
fellowship in our Guild.
- To ensure that every member has an appropriate role
in Guild activities.
Membership:
- Membership is open to all those sincerely
interested in serving Scouting and Guiding
- No previous Scouting or Guiding experience is
necessary.
- The applicant must be willing to subscribe to the
objectives of the Guild and be prepared
to accept the Scout Promise and the Spirit of the Scout Law.
- Members are free to invite guests to regular
meetings.
- Members are encouraged to sponsor new members.
- Prospective members must attend three Guild Events
to be eligible for membership.

Dress:
- Formal Dress is recommended for formal meetings
- The formal dress of our Guild is a navy blue blazer
with grey slacks and a white shirt with the Scout corporate tie. The guild
crest is to be worn on the left breast. pocket.
- Ladies may wear a grey skirt if they wish.
- Formal meetings will be at the call of the chair.
Meetings:
- Are normally held on the fourth Thursday of the
months September through June except as varied by consensus. The Annual
General Meeting is held in November.
