ordering a carving
All prices are in Canadian dollars and include insurance, shipping and handling. Adjustments may be necessary, and could include sales tax, which must be added where applicable, or alterations to carvings done at customer's request prior to final payment.

All items sold and shipped within British Columbia must add provincial sales tax. Out-of province and international orders are not subject to B.C. sales tax.

Most items for the Canadian market will be shipped fully insured with shipping and handling included. GST is not charged.

Items for the USA over Cdn $2000 will be shipped with an appropriate carrier, usually Purolator or Canada Post through our customs brokers at point of entry.

Handy Currency Conversion

Payment is required in full prior to shipping. You may send a money order or personal certified cheque.

If you wish to pay by credit card, payment is now accepted through PayPal, a secure method of paying on the Internet.

The PayPal service is always free to send money. If you wish to pay through PayPal, they will ask you to sign up for a PayPal Personal Account (the membership is free). You then pay your money to our PayPal account, and we take care of receiving the money from PayPal.
