*Data Processing:* At the customers request, Loring Laboratories Ltd. stores all analytical data either on 3.5" diskettes, or on CD. Copies of analytical data can then be sent by courier or e-mail at a minimal cost.
Basic statistics, such as summary statistics (calculation of means, standard deviations, geometric means and generation of histograms), distribution analysis and X-Y correlation matrices, are also available upon request and will be performed for a minimal fee.
Field Supplies:
We maintain in stock the following supplies for distribution at cost :
Hi-Wet strength Kraft bags, recommended for soil, silt, lake and stream sediment samples Plastic ore bags in various sizes, recommended for rock and drill core samples Plastic bottles in various sizes for water samples

We can also supply various sizes of drums, pails, and containers required for coal samples.

Sample Preparation:

The value of sample preparation cannot be underestimated.

At Loring Laboratories Ltd. you can be assured that the data presented for any sample is representative of the sample received.

Assay and Geochemical samples are prepared in separate areas to prevent contamination. Various custom procedures are available, which can be used for assurance of the highest accuracy when dealing with material that is difficult to homogenize (V.G., High Grade ore etc.).

Sample Storage:

All pulps are retained for a period of one year.

All crushed rejects are retained for a period of six months.

Arrangements can be made for longer storage at a nominal charge.
