In 2000 one critic called My Enemies' Enemies "prophetic". Today it was confirmed. One of the Enemies in the book are named the Moslem Alliance, alluding to one of the all encompassing and oldest terrorist groups in the world. It is throughout the whole of the Moslem world and began as an anti-colonial group. The real name is the Muslim Brotherhood and it has been around since the 1920s. The leaders of the 9//11 plot were members. In his article 9/11 The Case Isn't Closed, 02 February 2007, New York Times, Sander Hicks writes "Today, it's the most powerful terrorist force you've never heard of." I beg to differ. You heard of it in My Enemies' Enemies..in 2000.. but they wouldn't listen! Mike Charles L'Anglais "L'Anglais says nothing. You decide if its fact or fiction and if its fiction then how much of it is fact." www.mikecharles-langlais.com mikecharles-langlais@telus.net |
reviews: The Citizen: Jamie Woodford (staff) 08 June 07 My Enemies' Enemies...a conspiracy thriller.......prophetic....eerily similar to what happened in the Middle East with Saddam Husseinand the Iraq War, yet it was written in 1999, well before9-11. Teresa Mallam (Arts Critic) Free Press 08 June 07 ....characters...like old friends......Colonel Mc Calister has one rule-no collateral damage.....his team uses the same rules as terrorists. That is, there are no rules. The books are rivetting." |
