February 26, 2000. This week saw the racers return home. As Wetaskewan held their race at our home, Aspen Heights. Conditions were terrific, a bright sunny day, warm temperatures. A great day for skiing and racing! The racers were really ready today, and it showed with our results!! In all the groups we had racers in, we had placings. Congratulations to Jill Davidson on her silver medal, and Mackenzie Macrae on her gold medal performance!! As well, congratulations go to Becky Crone, Cassie Davidson, Stevie Macrae, Jeremy Simpson, Derek Imlah, Ryan Davidson, and last but not least, Jill Simpson for their ribbon performances!! And to the rest of our racers, as well as the racers from the other clubs, congratulations on a terrific day!!

And I have to applogise for the picture quality in this series. They were taken with a new digital camera, and it was fooled by the bright conditions. I'll try to correct this and have better pictures later..
