2009 Fee Schedule

Costs have been established by the Chilliwack Centre of Excellence, which operates the race course and is providing organizational services, and Canoe/Kayak BC to cover race insurance (CKBC membership).

Pre-race clinic - clinic cost is $25/person (and then just pay an additional $10 for the race registration, plus $5/event).

Race (Sept 19-20, 2009) - cost is $25/person, plus $5/event (max 3 events, or $40).  Registration costs includes CKBC membership for insurance.  Registrations are per person (even if you are only racing tandem).

Anyone who is already a member of CKBC can deduct the $5 insurance costs (e.g. if you registered for other CKBC-insured events such as the VKC Festival or the Puntledge Festival).

Registration will take place at the race site both mornings.  To make things easier on yourself and the volunteers, please bring your completed paperwork!

Please download, print and fill out the following 3 forms before arriving to the registration table:

• CKBC Membership Form (Check non-competitive member, $5.  This payment is included in the $25 registration fee, you do not need to add it on or pay it separately.)
• CKBC Medical Form
• Tamihi Five-0 Registration & Payment Form

Please have your forms completed when you arrive at the race!  

In addition, a CKBC waiver will need to be signed at the registration table on-site.
