GLitcH!
Artist
Ed
Wiens is the cartoonist who writes and draws GLitcH! He works
as a professional graphics and exhibition designer and has
produced work in Canada for most of Alberta's major museums
and interpretive centres. Wiens' education background includes
a college diploma in Fine Arts as well as a university degree
in Visual Communications, with a minor in Painting.
Wiens currently lives
and works in Edmonton, Alberta with his wife and children
and, in addition to GLitcH! he produces graphic design for
heritage projects and also develops entertainment feature
concepts (soon to be seen on the big screen, television screen,
or scrawled on a public bathroom wall).

GLitcH! - the comic strip
GLitcH! is a computer
cartoon strip created by Ed Wiens and it is syndicated by GLITCH
GRAPHICS from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
The strip has been
running in print and on the web since 1996. This family
strip is read by a diverse audience made up of computer
novices, teens, people involved in computer sales, seniors,
and computer technicians. At the height of popularity, the
strip was in circulation to a total pieces of print of about
1.2 million per month. In 2002, the strip was put on hiatus,
however the intention is to return to publishing.

trademark and all cartoons are copyrighted by GLITCH GRAPHICS.

GLITCH! GRAPHICS
is a graphics company from Edmonton, Alberta. The company
was initially created specifically for the GLitcH! comic strip.
Since 1996, however, GLITCH GRAPHICS has produced publication
design for two publishers, and cartoon and illustration work
for a major telecommunications company for use on the web.
